Dot and Ralph Egli started out on famous Ski Mountain Road where they are still located today. The first office was moved nearly 15 years ago to make room for the newer office that was equipped to handle their growing inventory of rental homes.

If you have ever stayed in Rippling Waters, you have experienced history, as Rippling Waters was the first office for Mountain Laurel Chalets.

Mountain Laurel Chalets has taken delight in surprising guests with great service and beautiful homes for thirty years.

Each season brings new challenges to make the most of the beauty around us.

Done by hand - nearly 20 years ago. If you have stayed with us recently you will know how much growth there has been on the mountain. Skiing is still one of the most popular reasons to visit Gatlinburg and stay on famous Ski Mountain Road.

"Our homes haven't changed all that much over the years in many ways, but then in others they have! Our homes are all located in the Ski Mountain - Chalet Village area of Gatlinburg. It's the place everyone wants to be! Through the years, updated colors and technology have lead to many decorating changes and additions of pool tables and DVD players but the homes still have the mountain charm people are looking for when they travel to Gatlinburg, Tennessee."
