Welcome to Porch, a 100 Collectionâ„¢ luxury four bedroom, five bathroom vacation rental cabin in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, that sleeps up to 12 people. This brand new home offers elegance, convenience, and incredible panoramic views of Mt. LeConte and the surrounding Smoky Mountains. Porch was built with painstaking attention to detail, and it has been professionally decorated from top to bottom. A stay in this breathtaking property offers more than just a place to lay your head at night; it provides a true vacation experience.
Upon entering the home, guests will immediately be taken with the incredible natural beauty displayed through the back wall of windows and sliding glass door that leads to the deck beyond. The view of the Smokies is the focal point of this great room. The open-concept living and dining area features plush furnishings with plenty of seating options, a gas fireplace, and a massive SmartTV (bring your login credentials for streaming services). The dining table seats eight people, and an additional breakfast bar is also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in your crew; simply bring groceries and you’ll be all set to prepare meals in the comfort of your home away from home. Brand new state-of-the-art appliances have been installed, and all dishes, cutlery, and other basic meal prep supplies are stocked and ready for you. A full-pot coffee machine will help you get your days off to a caffeinated start. Additionally, a small closet is home to a washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
The main floor of Porch features two king bedroom suites. Both provide sliding door access to the large upper deck, as well as private SmartTVs. Each bathroom has a custom-tiled shower, perfect for some R&R after a day spent out and about in town. The upstairs deck has rocking chairs ready and waiting for you to kick back and take in the view!
Downstairs, you’ll be delighted to find a second living room with soaring 13’ ceilings, again lined with a wall of windows and a sliding door to the lower deck. An oversized sectional sofa is settled in front of another large SmartTV. A handy card table awaits some friendly competition, and a stand up multi-cade arcade game located conveniently underneath the staircase will have you enjoying some of the greatest nostalgic video games of all time with your friends and family
Tucked into a quiet nook adjacent to the downstairs living area, two sets of twin-over-twin custom bunk beds offer extra sleeping space, and are sure to be a hit amongst the kids (and the kids at heart) in your group. A full bathroom with a custom-tiled shower serves the bunk bed and downstairs living areas.
Two more king bedroom suites are available on the lower level of Porch. Each has sliding door access to the lower deck and a SmartTV, along with a full bathroom with custom-tiled showers. The lower deck also boasts rocking chairs and long-range views, along with a brand new hot tub.

Unfortunately it's not. The roads up on Ski Mountain are quite steep and narrow, and walking them into town is highly discouraged.
