Welcome to Positive Altitudes, an incredible three-bedroom, three-bathroom vacation rental condo in the heart of Gatlinburg, TN. This spacious property sleeps up to eight guests, and it features a wide variety of amenities (an on-site pool and hot tub, a screened-in porch, and an arcade game), as well as long-range views of the Smokies. It’s incredibly convenient to access, and ample parking is available on site, making arrival/departure a breeze! The home’s panoramic views look back toward Pigeon Forge and, on a pretty day, you can see clear to TVA's Douglas Lake.

Upon entering the condo, the large kitchen and adjacent dining area are to the right. The kitchen is fully stocked for the chef in your crew; just bring groceries, and you’ll be off to the meal-prep races. Just past this space, guests are greeted by a large living area. You’ll immediately be captivated by the views beyond the large picture window, and the abundant (and comfy!) furnishings will have you begging to kick back, relax, and stay awhile. A large TV hangs over the wood-burning fireplace, providing the perfect place to get cozy and enjoy the beauty of the home and its surroundings. A screened-in porch sits just off the living room, offering fresh air whenever you need it!

The condo’s main level is home to two bedrooms. One bedroom, which contains two queen beds, boasts an ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom contains a king bed, and it also has an ensuite bathroom, which is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway. The king bedroom also has private access to the screened-in porch.

Upstairs, an additional king bedroom awaits, complete with a full ensuite bathroom with a two-person whirlpool bathtub and a shower, as well as a separate dressing area with an entire wall of mirrors. The upstairs bedroom is also home to a large TV, a multi-cade arcade game, and a cozy sitting area with a large window.

During summer months, guests of Positive Altitudes will have pool privileges to the condo’s on-site swimming pool, hot tub, and a picnic area in the community yard. Large and small charcoal grills are also available on a first come basis.
