"Our cabin was absolutely gorgeous, super spotless, and cozy. It was by far the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed in, which made our stay so much more enjoyable. We have a 3 year old, so cleanliness is most important to us.
The views at Mountain View are breathtaking! During our stay, we got to see snow as well, which made our weekend super special. The staff was amazing, and communication with them was great. I will definitely book this place again when we decide to come back to Gatlinburg."

"Mountain Laurel Chalets never disappoints! Haven had a five-star view and was super clean, well appointed, and pup friendly. The two king suites were perfect for our party of four.
The cabin was cozy yet roomy at the same time. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. We even saw a family of bears! We've booked with Mountain Laurel Chalets for three years now, and we will pick Haven again (if available) for our next stay.

We had a great stay at An Angels View—it definitely had a great view! The cabin was clean and supplied with a few amenities like soap, paper towels, and tissue—basically everything you need to start your stay. The area the cabin was located in was a quiet and peaceful area that was just a short drive from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. I can honestly say we had another great stay with Mountain Laurel Chalets!"

"Mountain Laurel Chalets is a five-star operation! There’s no telephone menu you have to use to get to someone that can help. Everyone, by phone AND in person, was A+!
The process of checking in and out was easy! The property was just as advertised, and we had a FABULOUS time. We also used the free ticket to get into Dollywood which made this a value-friendly stay too. We had six people in the cabin and everyone had a great time. Thanks Mountain Laurel—we will be back and will definitely use your cabins again!"

"We recently stayed at Porch, and our experience with the hospitality was nothing short of incredible. It was so refreshing to feel welcomed by their personal messages and extremely lovely staff.
The touches to the home, the interior decorating, and towel presentation was well above and beyond any other vacation home experience in years prior. The layout of the home was absolutely perfect for our small group retreat, as the home offered four king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. It was so nice for each member to have their own private bathroom and shower. The deck offered spectacular views of the mountains, and it has, hands down, been the best experience of all my trips to Gatlinburg. "I would like to give out a bear-y special thank you to the Mountain Laurel Chalets staff and family for everything they did to make my family's trip to the Smokies the most memorable experience ever. We stayed at the Camelot for Thanksgiving to give my grandparents (at 85 years old) a trip they’d never forget, and I can say that they were so happy!
When we first arrived at the office before heading to Camelot, everyone was so kind—just good-hearted people, which you rarely find anymore. As soon as we arrived at the chalet, I was speechless! We walked into the coziest chalet I’ve ever been in. We had a pumpkin pie waiting for us, and the recliner that I requested to have for my grandfather was there and ready by the fireplace. I highly recommended staying with Mountain Laurel Chalets if you’re wanting to truly experience the Smokies and make unforgettable memories."
