As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warmth of an open-concept living area, filled with natural light that spills in through plenty of windows. The vaulted ceiling adds to the spacious feel, creating a welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The main gathering area is home to plush furniture, a fireplace, and a large TV, perfect for enjoying a family movie night.

Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary undertakings. All you need to do is bring your groceries, and you're all set to prepare delicious meals and make cherished memories around the dining table. A park-style charcoal grill is just steps away from the front door. After all, food always tastes better in the Smoky Mountains! For added convenience, there's a closet with a stackable washer/dryer for all your laundry needs.

A hallway off the kitchen area leads to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, which conveniently connects with the inviting primary bedroom. The bedroom boasts a king bed and a TV, complemented by a beautiful exposed wood accent wall that exudes a warm, moody vibe—perfect for a restful night's sleep.

But the fun doesn't stop there! Venture up the stairs in the living area, and you'll find a delightful loft. Here, kids (and the young at heart) will discover a convenient half bathroom, a twin-over-full bunk bed, a separate TV, and even a foosball table. Baden Clubhouse, which has a large outdoor pool, changing rooms/showers, shuffleboard, horseshoes, a playground, tennis courts, a gym, and a game room with billiards, ping pong, foosball, checkers/chess, and video games.
