Split Rail Eats is one of the newer restaurants in Gatlinburg, but their mission is simple - create good food and make people feel at home. We can honestly say they accomplish both of those with flying colors! Split Rail is set in a cozy cabin-style building, and they are grilling up some of the best eats this side of the Mississippi. 

Split Rail Eats is all about farm-fresh, made-from-scratch, deliciously comforting fare, blending modern favorites with Southern classic. From loaded hot dogs that will make your taste buds do a happy dance, to hand-tossed pizzas and homemade deserts, this spot is a gastronomic treasure trove. Some of the local favorites include the 'Smoky Mountain Black and Blue,' a juicy patty topped with blue cheese crumbles, bacon, and onion straws, and the 'Fried Green Tomato BLT.' It's a Southern classic with a Split Rail twist. 

And we can't forget the Chicken and Waffles - one of the stars of the menu. They also feature a full coffee and bar menu, as well as a delicious Sunday brunch.
